He has thirty years' sales experience within the electrical industry, starting in the electrical wholesale trade which lead to many years within the manufacturing and distribution sector.
His responsibilities include company development and market strategies.
Based in Belfast, Michael joined Ansell in 1993, a year after Ansell Lighting was founded.
From his first role in the warehouse, Michael has also held positions in the sales office and as an area sales manager, before becoming Sales Director twelve years ago.
He is responsible for sales development for the wholesale sector in Ireland.
Based in Warrington since September 2001, Craig has extensive knowledge of production processes with experience in all aspects of manufacturing, assembly and testing. Coupled with a good knowledge of the electrical wholesale and electrical installation industry
As Commercial Manager Craig's responsibilities include supply chain management and product sourcing.

John is based in Belfast where he has responsibility for both the Belfast and Warrington companies.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has over twenty years' experience in a variety of commercial enterprises spanning a number of industry sectors before joining Ansell in 2007.
He is responsible for managing the finances for the business, including the development of computerised financial information systems and provision of comprehensive management reporting.

Andy is based in our south China office in Dongguan City.
With an HND in Electronic Engineering and more than twenty-five years' in the lighting industry, Andy has considerable expertise, in concept design and manufacturing processes. Additionally, his ten years' sales experience as a Business Development Manager resulted in the introduction of, new concepts and specifications for external sales teams.
His responsibilities includes managing China operations and interfacing with the UK management team.

Mike Talbot is our Northern Regional Sales Manager. Mike joined Ansell in 2002 holding positions in a number of departments within the company before becoming Area Sales Manager for the North West region for 5 years.

As Operations Director Jason’s responsibility included Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Technical Department, Returns and Health & Safety and delivering projects to continue to develop our growth into 2018 and beyond.

Sarah came to us in early 2016. She joined us with 13 year’s experience in Human Resources Management and with a Dual Honours in Business Administration and HR Management.

Dean has work for Ansell lighting since 2007, starting in the warehouse and moving into the sales team in 2010.
Since then Dean has developed a wealth of lighting knowledge, leading to a supervisory role in 2015 and then moving into the Sales Order Processing Manager role in April 2018.
Dean is responsible for overseeing the Warrington Sales office, covering order entry, customer service, Ansell Online & the returns processing team.
