Product Testing Facilities

State of the art testing facilities in our Warrington head quarters.

Our streamlined manufacturing and assembly facilities ensure we can provide an efficient and responsive service to our customers.

At Ansell Lighting China, design, engineering and quality control teams are located within their test facility and work closely with our UK based product development colleagues, overseeing on-going research, design and rigorous testing to support our extensive manufacturing programme.

LIA Laboratory certification 003

Our Warrington-based luminaire testing facility is one of just six in the UK to have achieved the accreditation, enabling Ansell to validate the quality and performance of its new and existing products in-house.

Investing in technology

We have invested in a state-of-the-art gonio-spectroradiometer and a testing facility to operate it, enabling Ansell to test new product design prototypes and existing products, to ensure complete accuracy in all product data and ensure compliance with industry standards. With LIA Laboratory Certification 003 awarded to the internal Warrington Testing Facility, it is one of just six testing facilities in the UK to have achieved the accreditation.

The LIA Laboratory Certification assesses the testing facility regularly to ensure that only the highest of practices are conducted and therefore acknowledges our testing capabilities as being on a par with those at the LIA’s own testing facilities. This certification also grants us the use of the ‘LIA Lab Certification’ logo that delivers instant assurance to Ansell customers that our products adhere to the highest industry standards. This internal testing facility enables us to streamline and enhance product development as well as ensuring that data is verified and interrogated to ensure complete accuracy.
