An Update Regarding COVID-19 - 25th March 2020

In these uncertain times, we wanted to further update you on how Ansell, as a business, is responding to the ever-changing circumstances we are currently faced with in relation to COVID-19. Firstly, we cannot stress enough that ensuring the wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is our number one priority, which is why we are staying close to the advice from the Government and implementing measures that ensure safety for all concerned.

Ansell Lighting will continue to remain open and we want to assure you that we are committed to serving you as best we can during this time. We always pride ourselves on the high levels of service we offer our customers and we will do our utmost to ensure we fulfil and deliver your orders successfully. Our dedicated team of office staff, who are now all working remotely, are on hand to take your calls or emails and our online ordering system remains available 24 hours a day.

We are currently processing orders on time and if you order before 4pm, it will be processed for next day delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot currently process orders for collection.

We are also fully complying with the social distancing requirements within our warehouse and production facilities to ensure our distribution and assembly departments remain safe whilst still being operational. In light of the developing situation, customers will no longer be able to collect from our sites and all orders will need to be delivered.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update you on changes to the above as necessary.
