COVID-19 Service Update

Dear Customer,

In these uncertain times, I am writing to you to update you on our business in these unprecedented circumstances. I wanted to assure you that Ansell is taking our responsibilities to respond to Coronavirus (COVID-19) seriously. First and foremost, ensuring the wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is our number one priority, which is why we are staying close to the advice from the Government, following the recommendations and implementing measures that ensure safety for all concerned.

So far, we have implemented some of the below measures:

We have introduced a heightened cleaning regime across all our sites. We have placed hand sanitation stations and disinfectant wipes around the business, in addition to distributing hand sanitiser to staff. Non-essential meetings and travel have also been cancelled in favour of remote solutions and many of our staff are now home-based working. 

Secondly, we remain committed to serving you during this time. We pride ourselves on the high level of service we offer our customers and we want to assure you that this will continue. We are continuing to fulfil and deliver your orders, as usual. Our dedicated team is on hand to take your calls or emails and our online ordering system remains available 24 hours a day. We understand collections are still a necessity for our customers, so we have stepped up hygiene measures at our collection points to be extra vigilant for both our Belfast and Warrington operations. 

Our field sales teams will all now be contacting you via remote methods and we will stay away from offices and counters for the short term in line with the Government advice.
